    Led buyer-side counsel in the acquisition of an industrial company valued between USD 8 and 10 million, including due diligence, structuring and comprehensive transaction negotiations.

  2. Structuring and financing of an entertainment project

    Advised a production company on the legal structure, joint venture and financing of a major international tour that generated revenue exceeding MXN 1 billion.

  3. Renewable energy project for an industrial facility

    Advised a foreign company on the contractual framework for installing solar infrastructure at an industrial facility in northern Mexico, valued between USD 1 and 2 million. The work included contract negotiation, legal structuring and ancillary agreements.
